Guest can park on the first level of the (Public) parking garage or the second level (Owner Parking). A code will be provided with the door access code email. The parking garage has handicap ramps and elevator service to the 4th floor of the condo.

The Village offers a tram service in the Sandestin limits.
The community pool is heated March 8 - April 14, November 23 - December 2, and December 13 - January 2.
Guests also have access to the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center and the Audubon Pool - heated seasonally
*Pool resurfacing project - The Marketplace Community Pool is scheduled to be resurfaced October 26, 2026 through November 10, 2026. During this time, the pool will either be closed or have limited access. Guest have access to the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center and the Audubon Pool that are heated seasonally during the closure.*
